Dr. Sanjay Prakash Dhangar was graduated from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sewagram, Wardha in 2005 and Post-graduated from Asopa Hospital and Research Center, Agra in 2009. He completed the urology training from Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune in 2015. He published number of articles in National & International Journals, and edited and contributed to several significant publications. He is currently working as a Urologist in the Department of Surgery (Urology), SMBT Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center, Nandi Hills, Dhamangao, PO-Ghoti, Taluka-Igatpuri, District-Nashik, Maharashtra, India. He is an eminent member of various national and international urological, surgical and research societies. Based on his work he received many honours like MNAMS, FIAMR, FSASS, FMAS, FAIS, CC-IPR, FACS, MIARC.
He is a registered speaker for conferences with Maharashtra Medical Council.
Apart from attending various national and international conferences, he organised – Live Operative Workshop on Hypospadias on June 8th and 9th 2019 as Organising Secretary.
He has a vast experience & expertise of doing various urological procedures. He has performed more than 7000 urological and more than 10,000 various surgical procedures till now.
His Research Interest is in Urology, endourology, urolithiasis, laproscopic & robotic urology, paediatric urology, urogynaecology, reconstructive urology, andrology, transplantation, diabetes & urology, uro-oncology, CPPS/IC-BPS, COVID-19 & urology, etc.
