Dr. Sumalatha Gaddam is working as Lecturer& Head, Computer Science Department at Telangana Social Welfare Residential Degree College Nirmal, Telanagana. Formerly worked as Associate Professor at SreeNidhi Intitute of Science & Technology Hyd. She also served as Principal, Telangana Social Welfare Residential Degree College, Nirmal, Telangana. she has total of 18 plus years of teaching experience. Dr. Sumalatha received her PhD in computer Science from JNTUH in the year 2019. She published 16 research papers in various international journals and 5 papers in international conferences and also published a book with the title “NTA UGC NET Computer Science & Applications”. Dr. G. Sumalatha received Best Teacher Award from SNIST, Hyderabad from 2006 to 2013. She also served as reviewer for ACM Computing Surveys & International Journal of Network Security.
She also guided for 4 Post graduate student projects and 50 plus Under Graduate student Projects. Dr. Sumalatha organized Faculty Development Programs and workshops. She also be acted as convener for ADDON course on “Internet of Things” introduced at institution. In institution level she also performed various administrative activities such as Career Guidance Cell Coordinator, Member of Board of Studies, student projects coordinator etc. Her Research interests include: Cryptography, Algorithms, Compilers and Machine Learning.
