Myself Dr.S.Shamala , qualified Dental surgeon and Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologist presently working as Professor and HOD, Department of oralpathology at Adhiparasakthi Dental college and hospital Melmaruvathur, Tamilnadu , India. I have a teaching experience of nearly 30 years for undergraduate and postgraduate students.I am specialised in Microscopic Diagnosis of Oral diseases especially Oral cancer and precancerous conditions.I have around sixty national and international publications.I have been organising chairperson, conducting regional and national conferences and workshops.I am married to a dental surgeon Dr.Ravikumar and I am into practising dentistry for more than thirty years.It is a honour for me for having been awarded by the ISSN .
