He is the author of of a book on surgery “The Essentials of Abdominal Wall Hernias”. He is also the inventor of ” Window Operation” for hydroelectric, which has been published in various International journals and textbooks, besides ‘ Campbell’s Urology’ . Today it is considered a standard procedure along with Jaboulay’s and Lord’s procedures for hydrocele. He has conducted laparoscopic surgery for over a decade after being trained at Nine Wells Hospital, Dundee, Scotland. At present he works as a Principal Consulatnt Surgeon in Gurugram, India. Dr. Nigam’s spiritual journey started while still in medical school, and since then, he has worked on a combination of medicine and spirituality for therapeutic effects “40 Minutes With God” is another step in that direction.
