RITANJALI BEHERA

Ritanjali Behera is a research scholar in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Puducherry Technological University, Puducherry is working on Energy storage materials and nanocomposite modeling. She has six years of teaching experience at Parala Maharaja Engineering College, Berhampur, Govt. of Odisha. She received her B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from VSSUT, Burla. During her B.Tech, she concentrated on the automatic control of a three-phase induction motor using PLC. She was awarded her M.Tech degree in first division with distinction in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics and Drives at the National Institute of Technology, Warangal. During her M.Tech, she concentrated project on “High gain DC-DC Converter with Coupled Inductor, Switched Capacitor, and Soft Switching Features”. She has guided one M.Tech student in the field of High gain converters and ten B.Tech batches in the field of Power Electronics. She has published research papers on “A review on polyvinylidene fluoride polymer-based nanocomposites for energy storage applications” in the Journal of Energy Storage, “Modeling of polyvinylidene fluoride nanocomposite utilizing BaTiO3@ SiO2 for energy storage” in Journal of Materials Today: Proceedings, “Modeling of Two-phase Polyvinylidene fluoride polymer-based Nanocomposite for Energy Storage”, IEEE Sponsored Third International Virtual Conference, “PV Based High-Gain Boost Converter”, 8th International Conference on Soft Computing for Problem Solving, “Closed Loop Operation of High-Gain DC-DC Converter for Photovoltaic Application”, 3rd International Conference on Inventive Systems and Control “MPPT Using P & O Algorithm of High Step-up DC-DC Converter for PV System”, 5th Annual Conference of Operational Research Society of India and “High-Gain Boost Converter With Coupled Inductor And Switched Capacitor For Low Voltage Renewable Energy Sources”, IEEE International Conference on Power Electronics, Drives and Energy Systems (PEDES). She received two International best researcher awards in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Her research work concentrates on Energy storage materials, Power electronics converters, and renewable energy. Her interest is extended to the field of the development of capacitors and supercapacitors.
