I have been practising pediatrics for over 12 years with a rich passion and dedication. I have contributed to child health care as a practitioner working in a tertiary care centre in rural Bangalore and through various leadership roles I held in the current organisation and the community.
As a Head of the Department of Pediatrics, Medical Director and Consultant Pediatrician, my interest and training in general pediatrics, community pediatrics and preventive medicine have allowed me to improve this specialty in rural Bangalore, India.

I have been conducting school health check camps for underprivileged, rural children and children with special needs since 2010. I have made significant contributions towards vision screening, Anemia, and under-nutrition prevention and distributed free medicines to over 5,000 children along with private volunteer organisations. I am also an active member of the pulse polio program conducted by WHO and an active member of the National Social Service and UNICEF. I have sensitised over 10,000 public to preventive pediatrics, especially vaccination and healthy habits.

I have published 45 articles and 10 books in international peer-reviewed journals. In that s, I was the first author and the rest as co-author. I am one of the Abstract Reviewers for the 2023 AAP National Conference and Exhibition.
